Because of lead times of graphic design and delivery of printed materials, it is imperative to be plan a MINIMUM of four months ahead to gather all the details necessary to place a Marketing Request. With proper planning we can prevent poor performance and provide a win-win environment at RC!
Late or incomplete requests result in unrealistic demands that our process cannot meet.

Any date including all events, series, and meetings on The Resurrection Center calendar and any other special days that RC celebrates each year (ex. Mother’s Day), will ONLY be advertised if a MARKETING REQUEST is submitted using the below form. We will be happy to send a monthly reminder to this effect.
INSTRUCTIONS TO SUBMIT A REQUEST:
ALL REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE AND ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL
PRINT Requests must be submitted 10 weeks before the event date to allow sufficient time for design, printing, effective promotion, TICKET SALES, and advertising via Social Media. Requests submitted later than this deadline cannot be guaranteed to be delivered on time.
SOCIAL MEDIA & BULLETIN ONLY promotions must be submitted a minimum of 5 weeks prior to the event.
Other: General posts (not promoting a specific date, example ‘Join us for refreshments following service’) must be received 10 DAYS prior to the Sunday requested
Bulletin revisions to existing posts must be received VIA AN ONLINE REQUEST by Monday to be included in the coming Sunday’s printing.
Where necessary, examples of graphics to support the event theme are requested to ensure our design is produced in alignment with the vision and without delay.
